I love my job! I have worked in Advancement - alumni engagement and development - for over 18 years and every day is different. I'm proud to be a fellow of Educate Plus, an Australasian membership organisation for advancement professionals.

I am a doctoral researcher and my research is examining philanthropy, particularly in education, in a post disaster context. I'm examining in detail the main advancement actors: the education institutional leader, the advancement practitioner, the educational governor, and the donor.

I appreciate the opportunity to support both individuals and institutions in their advancement journeys. I find it rewarding to work alongside practitioners, institutional leaders and boards of governors.
